Introducing CYBF's Mentor Development Modules
Welcome to CYBF's Mentor Development resource section! As we all know, knowledgeable mentors and an effective mentoring relationship are the secret ingredients to an entrepreneur's start-up success. However, individuals have different skills sets and personalities, and quite often mentors find themselves needing to be trained and supported in their role also, if they are to make a positive difference in their mentoring relationship.
CYBF Mentor Development Modules (MDM)
CYBF's MDMs are a series of custom-made case studies designed to assist CYBF mentors in their ongoing relationship with entrepreneurs.
Each case study is taken from real life examples and integrated with best practice research to provide hands-on scenarios, effective solution recommendations and key learning points for the mentor.
In addition, supplementary mentor resources are provided for mentors who wish to do further reading on the particular topic.
The CYBF MDMs are available to CYBF mentors only and can be accessed once a mentor has registered online and been qualified by CYBF.
Mentoring talented young entrepreneurs is an extremely rewarding experience.
