Quarterly Reports
Welcome to the online quarterly report program! This program resides in a secure section of our website. Your information will be encrypted and sent through our secure server. You can use your personal username and password to log in the secure Quarterly Reporting System to submit your quarterly reports and update your profile.
The online reports are designed for your convenience. They enable you to fill in new reports and review old reports. You will be able to return to and revise a new report for a window of six weeks.
Your regional and provincial representative can also access your reports to gain your feedback and respond to concerns. As well, the quarterly report program enables the compilation of statistics pertaining to youth entrepreneurship in Canada.
Please note, as of January 2006, it is mandatory for all CYBF clients to submit Quarterly reports every three months in order to maintain good standing status on their loan with CYBF.
Quarters end March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 and reports can be submitted starting the day after the end of the quarter. Please note you have a maximum of 6 weeks to submit or revise your report after the end of the quarter (ex. For the June quarter reports are available starting July 1 and can be submitted until July 15). CYBF clients are required to submit their reports for the duration of their loan. CYBF mentors are invited to submit their reports for the duration of the mentoring relationship of 2 years. Clients who do not submit reports will not be eligible to apply for Expansion financing.
