Thank you for believing in Canada's youth and in CYBF!

When you support CYBF, you help fund young Canadians (ages 18-34) start their own business in Canada, creating revenue and jobs for the economy. When they repay that funding to CYBF, your charitable investment then supports the next group of young entrepreneurs.

Federal and provincial governments and leading corporations, foundations, and individuals that support CYBF see the value in investing in a charitable organization that is on the leading edge, driving entrepreneurship in Canada, and playing an integral role in the development of the economy.

You Make it Possible

In fiscal 2007, thanks to public and private sector support, CYBF helped launch 326 new youth businesses, creating over 1,600 new jobs across Canada.  In fiscal 2008, we are on target to help launch over 400 new youth businesses.  By 2012, our goal is to help launch two new businesses every day.   Please help us help others and continue to support the Canadian Youth Business Foundation – Canada’s charity for youth entrepreneurship.

Giving in Other Ways

Beyond providing financial support, there are a number of different ways you can help CYBF

  • Host a charitable event and designate CYBF as recipient of the proceeds
  • Invite some of your network to support CYBF.  We can draft letters of introduction on your behalf to your approved contacts
  • Corporate matching gifts (fully receiptable).  Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable gifts made by their employees.  If your company is eligible, complete a matching gift form from your employer and send it completed and signed to CYBF along with your gift.  We will do the rest.  The impact of your gift to CYBF could be doubled or tripled as some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses
  • Supporting CYBF events, such as awards dinners, by purchasing tickets or tables. Some companies use this opportunity to demonstrate their support for our cause, which can also benefit them in customer or client relations
